Pregnancy Weight Gain Twin

Pregnancy, with or without multiple, is not the time to try to Lose Weight. However, it is necessary to earn huge amounts, it will be difficult to lose later, either. Try to keep the weight gain in the directions given by your doctor.

Depending on your weight before pregnancy, weight gain recommended, may vary, but a good rule of thumb is:

If you are a weight from a healthy BMI (Body Mass Index Body) 18.5 to 24.9, a weight gain single birth should be around 25-35 pounds, which breaks 3-5 pounds in the first quarter and a pound each week from then. For a twin pregnancy, the guidelines have traditionally been about 10 pounds more than one product, for a total weight gain of 35-45 pounds. Many doctors now recommend 24 pounds at 24 weeks and 1.5 pounds each week thereafter. From 38 weeks is considered term for twins, on this basis, the total weight gain should be about 45 pounds, more or less depending on you are overweight or underweight to begin with.

The best way to keep your weight under control is to follow a diet healthy. Start by cutting fat far as sugars, refined carbohydrates and unhealthy, but do not skimp on good things. If you do not say otherwise by your doctor, exercise during pregnancy is safe and offers many benefits for you and your baby (or babies). One of the advantages (many), helps regulate weight gain.

Remember that the guidelines apply IMC to a woman during pregnancy. This should be used only as a tool of their initial weight. If you are concerned about the gain weight, please talk to your doctor or midwife for advice.
